Post Guidelines

  • Your post must clearly feature your game face.
  • Any Before/After posts of your home gym will earn an automatic $50 gift card!
  • No competitor-branded products can appear in the post.
  • Make sure your account is public so we can see your awesome content!
  • Your account needs to have at least 100 followers to qualify.
  • Tag @crandall.fitness in your post (limit of 3 tags).
  • We love a good story—accounts with no prior posts won’t qualify for the ambassador program.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get rewarded?

Be sure to tag Crandall Fitness in your posts and follow all the guidelines listed above. At the start of each month (within the first 5 days), we’ll send you an email with your gift card.

When should I expect my payout?

Commissions are sent out by the 5th of each month, and you'll receive your gift card for the previous month based on the highest tier you’ve reached.

What is my gift card eligable for?

You can use your gift on any available items on the Crandall Fitness website, unless otherwise specified.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Can I get rewarded for other posting on other social platforms?

We encourage you to share your content on other platforms, but rewards are currently only available for posts made on Instagram.

How do I ensure my post is valid?

Make sure your account is set to public, tag the correct brand (@crandall.fitness), and follow all post guidelines

What do I do if I did not get my gift card?

First, ensure that 5 full business days of the new month have passed. Then, check your email inbox that you provided during the application for your gift card (don’t forget to look in your spam folder). If you have any questions, please chat with us online or email us at sales@crandallfitness.com.
