Be sure to tag Crandall Fitness in your posts and follow all the guidelines listed above. At the start of each month (within the first 5 days), we’ll send you an email with your gift card.

Commissions are sent out by the 5th of each month, and you'll receive your gift card for the previous month based on the highest tier you’ve reached.

You can use your gift on any available items on the Crandall Fitness website, unless otherwise specified.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

We encourage you to share your content on other platforms, but rewards are currently only available for posts made on Instagram.

First, ensure that 5 full business days of the new month have passed. Then, check your email inbox that you provided during the application for your gift card (don’t forget to look in your spam folder). If you have any questions, please chat with us online or email us at sales@crandallfitness.com.
