I expected these to fit much tighter but they do work well and I do not feel they would ever fall apart with the weight I will use on it. On their website it states it fits a REP PR-4000 but they are a very loose fit. The pin is definitely not a 5/8" pin and is much smaller. There is a huge difference in play between the two pieces. One has about an inch play from front to back of rack while the other is well over 2 inches.
Packaging was very well done, arrived quickly. Quality control could be a bit better. While unwrapping the packaging material from the spotter arms I got stabbed by a long thin piece of metal still attached from one of the welds. I broke it off and it was just at a 1/2" long. Defiantly hurt. One of the plastic end pieces looked to be beat in place with a hammer. It caused part of the plastic cap that was smashed into place to be pinched and partially cut off. I had to remove over an inch of plastic that was sticking out the end piece. Then there was one that had received damage at some point between manufacturing and shipping and had a small bare metal area.
I do have 2 styles of dumbbells. I have rubber hex dumbbells and the Bowflex 1090's. Both set inside the cradle nicely and holds them very well.
Overall I am happy with the purchase.
